Description

Register and pay for the amount of homes that you will be entering into the Parade. Once payment is received Lauren Brooks from COHBA will reach out with your specific registration link to finalize your homes. 

Registration Deadline: Tuesday, March 17th, 2026

Registration Fee:

$1,750 - First Home

$1,500 - Each Additional Home

Late Registration Fee: $2,000/home after March 17th

Cost to Register for Awards Program:
$350 - First Home
$300 - Each Additional Home

*Registered homes must be through paint (interior) and driveway/sidewalks/porches installed (exterior) at start of Parade on April 24th to be eligible to participate.

*All homes must be new builds only*
